Shameless star Tina Malone reveals that she's pregnant at 50 following IVF with toyboy husband... and it might be twins

Earlier in the year she revealed that she was about to start IVF treatment at the age of 50 in order to have a baby with husband Paul Chase, who is 19 years her junior.
And just a few months later, Shameless star Tina Malone is pregnant after travelling to Cyprus to find an egg donor, and has admitted that it might be twins.
Announcing the news live on Thursday's This Morning, the actress said that she only found out herself last week, and has already gained eight pounds.

The star, who walked the red carpet at the TV Baftas on Sunday, admitted to being just five weeks gone and is over-the-moon: 'I am pregnant. We are delighted,' she said.
Tina revealed her ambitions to become pregnant on the same programme back in February, and has since travelled all the way to Cyprus to realise her dream.
She wanted the egg donation to be anonymous - something that is not possible in the UK or US - so made the journey overseas.

'I think it's important that I'm much more healthy than I was 20 years ago. I've had ECGs, I've had blood tests, we've had everything done,' said the actress.
'And physically, mentally, emotionally, and even financially, believe it or not, I'm better than I have been for 20 years. And I've got the best man or partner I could ever have,' she added.

After losing an astonishing 11 stone over the last few years, thanks to gastric band surgery, Tina seems to already be gaining pregnancy weight.
'I've got indigestion already, which indicates a girl, but I've also put about eight pounds round my back in four weeks so that indicates a boy,' she said.
Tina gave birth to her only other child, daughter Danielle, when she was just 17, but has admitted that she'd now ready to do it all over again.
'I have a beautiful, wonderful talented daughter but it would be just so nice for us to have a baby. We realise it's early but it would just be so nice. But we are aware there can be pitfalls, we are only five weeks, and we're ready,' she said.
Speaking back in February, Tina revealed that she'd most likely be keeping her gastric band during her pregnancy:
'I will probably be one of the most unique women keeping the gastric band, it has to be loosened to enable the baby to get enough nutrients.'
‘But it doesn’t affect it. The womb and the intestine are completely different organs and compartments in your body,' she added.
